Our Story

This is the start of it, all with the purchase of these 2 goats in 2018.  The woman of the house did not want and said no to, but it was too late. They were on their way home already. They say it's easier to ask forgiveness than permission. Now look where we are 2 turned into 25. Since then, we’ve been breeding, raising and milking Nubian goats to bring the freshest goat milk products at affordable prices. In 2020 we added a milk machine to help with the milking of more goats. We also sold a set of twin doelings and kept a set of twin doelings and purchased a Purebred Nubian moon spot buck. In 2021, We had our first set of triplets making a total of 6 kids. We also purchased Roman.  At Shades Ridge Farm we offer an authentic Dairy Goat Farm experience.
